Description:
Honda Civic Type-R reviews and road tests. Unlike its rivals, the Type R has not been tweaked to squeeze all the power possible from its engine. Honda have actually opted to deliver a sharper driving experience. The 2007 model hasn\\\'t had its 2.0 litre engine increased but it still has a screaming 197 BHP to power out on. With crisp handling, it remains one of the top puppies in its class. There are two TypeR models to choose from. Standard model and the GT. Standard model has four airbags, CD stereo and drilled aluminium pedals. Opt for the GT and you also get climate control with a chilled glove box and an aluminium gear knob and red stitching on the steering wheel. Both models are not for the larger person. Dash board looks very arty and space age. 0 to 60mph in 6.6 seconds which is quicker than the Golf GTI and Focus ST. It is more refined than previous models. Very hard ride. If you can live with it, you will love it. You have to really screw it to access the meat of the power. This car is available for sale both new and used and is also available on short term car hire or longer term contract lease or pcp.
