The Sedici from Fiat is a 4x4 crossover type vehicle offering a sharp drive and distinctive looks. It is also well priced and makes a quite capable 4x4 come off roader. It is a good looking motor, and the top spec model, the Eleganza does have a good level of kit available and even more visual flair. Surprising, it is also easy to drive and cabin build quality is excellent. ShiftMetal says, one for the girls.There are three models available, the 2 whell drive 1.6 dynamic which has 5 doors and is on general sale for around the eleven and a half thousand pounds. This is also available in four wheel drive which is almost two thousand pounds extra. You should find the top of range Fiat Sedici Crossover 2.0 Multijet Eleganza 4WD 5dr retailing just under £16,000. you ma6y find the 1.6l petrol engine doesn't seem quick, and lacks in pulling power. Better off with the 2.0l diesel. Even though the Sedici has a high stance, you should find handling pretty good, balanced and poised. There is plenty of grip, yes, even in the 2wd model. More than capable off road, there is also a good amount of grip on the road too. Noise reduction is good unless you want to over take somebody on the motorway. The petrol enigne is audible, but when overtaking, you do have to shift down a gear, to build up the revs, and you can notice this in the cabin. Dashboard is practically laid out, only take a few minutes to recognise where everything is. There is plenty of room as you would expect, however in the rear, two fully grown adults may find shoulder space a bit tight, and trying to fit three adults in, is definitely a squeeze. There is kit coming as standard on all models. Dynamic trim includes roof rails, foglights, air-conditioning, electric front windows, a single-slot CD player and the choice of two or four-wheel drive. Eleganza trim - on the diesel model - adds 16-inch alloy wheels, electric rear windows, driver-seat height adjustment and various aesthetic touches inside and out. It also comes with a six-speed manual gearbox, whereas petrol models have a a five-speeder. We hope you enjoy the fiat Sedici review and video road test drive.
